Elite Ag Solutions is Northern Indiana’s premier precision ag dealer, specializing in products from Trimble Navigation, Ag Leader, Davis Instruments, DICKEY-john, Norac, Orthman, and the Vanguard Systems. Our knowledgeable staff can provide local producers with the tools and support needed to maximize the value of their Precision Ag equipment, as well as solutions for data collection, input savings, and accuracy needs.
Beginning in the early 90’s, owner Dave Daugherty realized the benefits of yield monitoring and mapping and began selling Ag Leader Yield Monitor systems to local growers. Precision Ag Specialist Aaron Hacker joined the company, sharing Dave’s passion for precision ag, focusing on the sale and service of precision ag products in the Warren area and Elite Ag Solutions was formed. Aaron and his staff have continued to grow the customer base and built a RTK network, which has been completely upgraded to 450 MHz, and is GLONASS enabled. In 2008 Elite Ag Solutions moved into their current building located on Grover Street in Warren IN. The new facility has allowed Elite Ag Solutions to open a retail store, to expand their showroom, complete with working demo’s, and has provided a place for customer meetings and training. Also housed in the facility is the Ag-Serv division of the company. The Ag-Serv technicians provide installation, service & support for Trimble, Ag Leader, Orthman and Norac products. With a fully stocked and equipped service truck, Ag-Serv is able to provide on-site service and support within a 100 mile radius of Warren.

Aaron Hacker – Sales Manager
Aaron started his career with the Daugherty Companies, Inc in 2001 as an intern from Purdue University. Once Aaron graduated from Purdue with a Bachelors in Agriculture Systems Management and a Minor in Agronomy he started working with precision agricultural equipment at the Daugherty Companies. He began his career as an Ag Leader territory rep for 3 years until 2005 when he moved into a position to work directly with customers. With his years of experience working on the farm, and his education Aaron is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced precision ag specialists

Nicolas Lund – Sales & Customer Service
Nick is the newest member of the Elite Ag Solutions Staff, he brings with him experience and a fresh education. Nick has worked on his family's farm as an integral part for 15 years, and has recently graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree of Agriculture Economics. While attending Purdue University Nick participated in an internship with Helena Chemical Co, in Bluffton, IN. In this position Nick scouted fields, recommended chemical treatments, experienced precision agricultural equipment, and managed a BASF test plot.

Mike Daugherty – Ag-Serv Service Manager
Mike is our service manager. Mike is a graduate of the University of Northwest Ohio in Lima, OH and was employed by MacAllister Machinery for over 10 years as a service technician and a road service man with emphasis on Ag-related service including Cat, Agco, and Ag-chem products. He has extensive contacts with large producers as well as a number of the co-ops throughout northern Indiana.

Kevin Shafer – Ag-Serv Technician
Kevin has recently been hired as our Ag-Serv technician. Kevin has been been involved with agriculture his whole life working with his father on their small family farm. He has experience in repairing equipment and maintaining equipment to keep it performing at its full potential. He also recently graduated from Huntington North High School with an Technical Honors diploma. He has already been on many service calls with Mike and is becoming very knowledgeable with our line of products and how to install them, he will be an essential part of Ag-Serv and Elite Ag Solutions.
